1. Information We Collect
Lenma is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our voice-controlled desktop automation services:
- Voice Data: Audio recordings are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly requested for cloud features.
- Usage Analytics: Basic usage statistics to improve the application (can be disabled in settings).
- Account Information: Email address and basic profile information if you create an account.
- Connected Accounts (Optional): If you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Linear), we receive access tokens and limited metadata needed to perform the actions you request.
- Integration Metadata: Information such as the connected account identifier (e.g., email) and connection status to help you manage integrations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and improve our voice automation services
- Process voice commands locally on your device
- Send important updates about the application
- Provide customer support when requested
- Perform user-requested actions in connected third-party services
3. Data Storage and Security
Your privacy and security are our top priorities:
- Local Processing: Voice commands are processed locally on your device whenever possible
- Encryption: All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- No Voice Storage: We do not store voice recordings on our servers
- No App Content Storage: We do not store content from connected apps (Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Linear) on our servers
- Token Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form to keep integrations connected
- Secure Storage: Any stored data is encrypted and secured using best practices
4. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Lenma may integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality. These integrations are optional and require your explicit consent. Current integrations include Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, and Linear. We only access data necessary to perform your requested actions, and we do not store third-party content on our servers.
5. Google API Services User Data
When you connect a Google account for Google Calendar, Lenma’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Scopes we request: Google Calendar events (read/create).
- How we use Google data: Only to perform user-requested actions (e.g., create or read calendar events).
- No advertising or sale: We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell Google user data.
- Limited human access: We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent or as needed for security, support, or compliance with the law.
- No content storage: We do not store Google Calendar content on our servers. Tokens are stored encrypted to maintain the connection.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain integration tokens and connection metadata only as long as your integration is connected. You can disconnect integrations at any time in the app, which revokes access and removes stored tokens. We do not retain content retrieved from connected apps beyond the time needed to fulfill your request.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt-out of analytics and data collection
- Export your data in a portable format
